These tablets are stabilized with cyanuric acid, forming an iso-cyanurite, which gives them a longer shelf-life and less of an odor than other brands' chlorine that utilize calcium hypochlorite. This unique product also has the added benefits of containing bactericide, algaecide, and disinfectant, allowing you to minimize the hassle of using other corrective chemicals.

It's important to note that some of the tabs may be cracked or broken within their individually wrapped packaging due to shipping. This breakage is normal and does not reduce the effectiveness of the chlorine tabs.

Each Rx Clear 3" tablet weighs 7oz and requires a dosage of only 1 tablet per 5,000 gallons of pool water. Each dosage lasts up to one week. To find the number of gallons in your pool, use the following formulas: Rectangular = Length x Width x Height x 7.5, Round = Diameter x Diameter x Height x 5.9, and Oval = Length x Width x Height x 5.9.
